All damages and defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving product. Please inspect all product  upon receiving package and report any problems. Exchanges ONLY. No Refunds.
Bali Queen is not responsible for wear and tear or shop worn products, and we will not exchange those.
Bali Queen will look at original invoice and ship date to determine length of time Client has had product to determine appropriate action.
Bali Queen is not responsible for Merchandise that is not selling in your store and cannot be exchanged or
refunded. We suggest placing in on sale, as we do in our stores.
If for some reason you are not happy with the product you received OR purchased at a Show, it may be sent back within 7 days from purchase for CREDIT/EXCHANGES ONLY-NO REFUNDS. There will be 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
