Exchange/Refund Policy
All damages and defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. Please inspect all product upon receiving package and report any problems.
Exchanges only, no refunds.
Bali Queen is not responsible for wear and tear or shop worn products, and we will not exchange those. Bali Queen will refer to original invoice and ship date to determine length of time Client has had product in possession to determine the appropriate action.
Bali Queen is not responsible for Merchandise that is not selling in your store and cannot be exchanged or refunded. We suggest placing items on sale, as we do in our own store locations.
If for some reason you are not happy with the product you received OR purchased at a Trade Show, it may be sent back within 7 days from purchase for CREDIT/ EXCHANGES ONLY, NO REFUNDS. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and fees.
